Much IT staff at Level 1 and Level 2 are in India. They can't be micro-managed by their physical location.That brings up a very big issue. If corporations stick with working from home, they might start thinking that it functions just as well if the workers are in India or some other country, and the next thing you know there are fewer jobs in the US. |
