I thought the provision was the huge space above the tracks. I do remember seeing a door above the tracks with no way of getting to it!On a related note, the space for one of the closed off entrances was taken over by a dumpling place (probably closed for good now because of the pandemic). What was interesting is that, apparently, the old BMT tile work was never removed by the previous tenants. The dumpling place uncovered/restored the tile work and set up a seating area in the former exit, so you could eat surrounded by BMT tiles! |
