And as I've mentioned in the past about this, we all know the drill. When the Q isn't running on weekends we go to the F instead of taking those damn buses. When the F isn't running people will take the D,N or Q depending on where they live. The lines are close enough together that you don't need the bus.

If I lived on Ocean Parkway say, I'd walk to the Q. It isn't that far. If I need a ride I'll get a ride. If I lived on the other side of McDonald the D or N are pretty close too. Most people here don't give it a thought. And you know what else? The F goes through some of the lowest density in Brooklyn. It is the part north of Church that gets busy, that's why the F express never made sense. Why have the trains bypass the busiest stations?
