At some point N/O Beebe Av interlocking and S/O Astoria Blvd there were signs indicating “End of signal control.” S/B lvg Ditmars, the Tw/M had to give a call on signal to all trains lined up for the middle tk although the actual display was 3 yellows instead of the usual double red over yellow. For yard moves or other moves into non revenue trackage, 3 yellows requires the same restriction as the double red over yellow except that the T/O doesn’t have to stop and activate the manual stop arm release button. |
