If you're counting 60th Street as part of a completed first loop, I have to respectfully disagree.60th Street could have been one of the Brooklyn Loops if the planned Crosstown (BMT) elevated had been built, especially if the hoped-for connection to the Franklin Shuttle hadn't been NIMBY's to death. Point is, all the loops allowed the lines using it to return to their points of origin. 60th St to Southern Division doesn't. |
