If there is a GO in effect then why did the train enter that track?My guess is it was relaying for some reason even though Atlantic is the terminal. My other guess is it was being used to pick up workers before or after a GO. If you look at the portal there is a train on the same track as the collision most likely as a shuttle for people responding to the incident. |
