Before 1967 it connected to the TT, but not after. If you want to argue that it connected to the RR by way of using the D one stop, then F passengers could also transfer to the QJ and M at Delancey/Essex, or take the A/E to Broadway-Nassau and transfer to the 2/3, 4/5 or QJ/RR* there.
