The pre-clearance facility in Montreal Central will be modeled after what goes on now in Vancouver Pacific Central (nee-CN) station. The facility will be constructed by Track 23, where all inbound Adirondack and eventually Vermonter trains will arrive and depart.This is not something Stefanink woke up one day and had a revelation over. This issue has been on-going for many years before she was elected. |
