There's an airport with preclearance less than a 30 minute drive away from the station. Hell these guys will probably love being able to lunch downtown with travel time on the clock compared to airport food all day.

Albany Airport had a similar problem: back in the day there was one international flight. Customs guys who normally handle the port of Albany would drive 15 minutes to the airport, meet the plane, handle the seven passengers (it was an Air Canada Cessna), then go back to the port.
