Wouldn't that be a more appropriate starting point than your retirement?Either way, that's only one metric and for someone that maintains and repairs cars, it's the most important. For the head of the agency, metrics surrounding overall performance and safety are most important. Are trains running on time? Are stations falling down on riders heads? Those metrics have drastically improved. |
