But Cuomo was really micromanaging like bypassing the MTA and dictating his misguided LGA plan.

And time will only tell if he made the correct decision regarding the L train. If his solution is really a long term one or one that we will eventually regret. Of course he will be out of office by the time we learn if he was correct.
