Money is a two-way street. To say that one can legally offer it but no one is required to accept it is like sending trains to a downtown terminal where they derail and still expecting them to return on the uptown track on time.In any case, we can expect to see laws requiring businesses to accept at least small denominations of cash as more businesses try to do away with it. |
