Actually, I've found that swiping is somewhat less convenient than dipping on the bus. I'm much more likely to have to re-swipe than re-dip my Metrocard, probably because the bus driver will know immediately if there is a problem and just let us board. Both ways otherwise take about the same amount of time. |
