it would seem that the technology people did not learn from the VHS / Beta incompatibility situation of the past. This is one system, albeit with two divisions. The rolling stock of the A division can be operated on either, although not in revenue service on the B. Did they think about maintenance of way equipment being brought from one division to another for necessary repair projects ? Does somebody intend to make money by having a redundancy in the system ? Just saying.....
