FYI, I have seen somewhere an artist’s rendering of a LAHT R-38 with a similar rounded end since apparently, the TA was considering departing from stainless steel and returning to LAHT which fortunately didn’t happen. The paint scheme was almost identical to that of the R-36 W/Fs but the blue would have been more aqua and less turquoise. |
