It's called government.I was in a major city during a blizzard once. Every building has crewed out all through the graveyard shift clearning sidewalks, streets, and even parking deck. that was the law. Guess what the one building was, that didn't have anything cleared for 3 days? Hint, they made that law mentioned above. |
