I am reading this post and cannot believe that there is level of incompetence that has reached a new plateau at the division of planning. Even if it was anticipated that there would be fewer non sloped R units around, its makes zero sense to the relocation of cables in a way that impacts older units.Many moons ago, the BoT/IND had the foresight to make all pumper units and other work trains with clearances to the IRT as well as the IND/BMT. Shame they got dumber as the years went on. |
