There were red cars before there were red-birds.Bluebirds were prewar Clark equipment that ran for a time on the BMT before being melted down into airplanes. I did not think that any of the R36 Blue cars ever became redbirds. I think that it was only ML cars that were mad into redbirds. But of course, I could be wrong. What the heck. |
