Amongst other things I hope when the Dulles extension is opened the Air and Space musuem will drop their bus shuttle out to their Udvar Hazy extension at Dulles and just direct people to L'enfant Plaza for the trip to Dulles. Speaking of this, do all of these plans add up to a project which has a chance of getting built? I'm quite used to SEPTA's general slacking off when it comes to getting stuff built from the plans they have, is WMATA going to follow through on these plans? Is the project even partially funded? The maps on your site are extremely cool in their depiction of the system with the Dulles extension. |
