I believe the trackways are in place at Woodhaven Blvd, no tracks but essentially it would be a matter of taking down the wall to expose the trackway, similar to 63/Lex.Once local trains begin using the new trackways, the extension of the platforms over the defunct ex-local tracks to the express tracks should be a relatively easy thing to accomplish. |
