There is a large Mezz above the tracks/platforms.
This station can definitely can be rebuilt as an Express stop with little effort since it is completely within Queens Blvd right of way.

For all we know, there might be trackways behind those walls already.
The IND planned for branch lines from this route in the vicinity, so that makes sense.
