Thats the one place they really needed a bridge (or tunnel), between Rye & Oyster Bay. If Moses could have got that done, that (IMO) would have been a great achievement. As we all know, getting off Long Island means going thru the City which is a nightmare. Looking back at a more harm than good scale, a bridge or tunnel there would be looked upon as very good. |
