The lower level was rehabbed about 2 years ago,,all the original porcelain signs were removed and disposed of. Several steel beams and station columns were replaced,,various florescent light fixtures were hung. The station platform was cleaned up on both sides. C3/4 tracks are utilized daily by work trains. Track repairs were being made to C1 and C2 track but they were still out of service. The original track bed remains since 1916. Station Security enhancements are in place.WE-44 |
