I guess the two trains each way is a demo of sorts to either justify more service later or else say: "we tried and it just didn't work."Almost all of the rush hour special services I can think of had at least four or five intervals each way. The QB and NX immediately after Christie Street, the Fourth Avenue and Brighton Bankers. Since the target audience is Brooklyn they could possibly add <F>s without buggering up Queens Blvd. by making 96-2nd the north terminal. There's extra capacity there until the T starts running. |
