If they don’t advertises it and run it consistently , it will be a failure . I live at ave u on the f for the past 10 years after lives along the Brighton for the 30 years prior . The f is a slow boat to China as compared to the Brighton . 1/3 of the local stop riders on the Brighton, switch to the express . A good amount of the riders arrive by bus from the area between the f and the Brighton line avoiding the f. Neptune ave on the f , one of the lowest ridership stations on the system is due to this slow ride . Riders walk to the nearby Brighton line . Coordinating the local f to arrive before the f express is also something that is important. 90% of the time as the B approached Kong’s highway, a q local was either waiting across platform or 1 station away facilitating the transfer. |
