Did the 10 & 15 MPH get cut to 5 because of the bumper block wreck ?
Are there ASC and PTC speed codes to enforce 5 MPH ?

Fur will fly, but when they get sufficient M-9's, restore the 4:51 from Hunterpoint Avenue and forget this dual mode shit. There's plenty of room for them on the Far Rockaway connection.
