Rockaway Pkwy as a north terminal makes perfect sense. A train could run there from the Nassau Street line as the south terminal.That makes sense. But 8th Av as a south terminal makes no sense. Were they going to run a service from 168th St to 8 Av? (not sure if there was even a track connection for that). |
