There is always a grievance; if they have no contact with the Ummah then they have in some way disrespected Mohammad. If they have contact with the Ummah they have inevitably violated it in some way.Funny thing, the Progressives with $100K incomes want revenge against whatever they imagine Deplorables living on $45K in Montana did to someone at some time.
