Whale the victim is not the one in court.The court is only concerned with the subject as well it should be. Abbot Patrick was killed in a head-on. Turns out the other diver fell asleep. Him was working two jobs and was headed in to wrok on a short ternaround. He was charged with vehicular homocide, and while he did not walk on the charge, he did not get a sentence to time. Has a family, you know. For all concerned he is better off taking care of his family rather than wasting time in jail and throwing the family on welfare. We were ok with that deciusion. ROAR |
