I don’t know what you mean that it’s employees are interchangeable. There are employees that have both NYCT email and MTABusCo email addresses so aren’t they also “interchangeable”?They couldn’t make MTABus a subsidiary of NYCTA because when MABSTOA was created as a subsidiary of NYCTA, the law said that no additional subsidiaries of NYCTA could ever be created. |
