Thanks for the comments,Bill from Maspeth. I realize the big problem is the shortage of engineers. My friend who is a dispatcher for Lakeland for the Gladstone shuttle told me about that 2 months ago. Also, lack of equipment , because available trains were shifted to more "needy" lines.
