An AC-area State Senator chartered a bus and brought a mob of people to tonight's Board meeting.Furthermore, a US House state delegation letter was sent to NJT. 11 of 12 reps signed it, (one was not available at the time) Governor Murphy did not help matters any when he lied between his teeth a couple of weeks ago saying were it not for the federal shutdown, and furloughed FRA inspectors, the ACRL would have opened by then. Also hurting matters is that the NJT Board Chair is the State DOT Commissioner, by definition. She is a highway girl and admittedly knows nothing at all about buses and trains. |
