Yeah, I agree with that!I grew up in Bell Park Manor Terrace 1952-57, corner of Hillside and Springfield. There were always Bungalow Bar trucks making the rounds durng the summer. Some years back (heh! late 90s? early 2000's) there was a Children of Bell Park reunion, held, IIRC, on the grounds of Martin Van Burne HS. The reunion committee made sure to have a working Bungalow Bar truck there dispenseing ice cream throughout the afternoon. |
