There is an exit only staircase added during the last Coney Island station renovation, to allow an easier transfer to the B4 bus on that corner. It's directly next to the pedestrian entrance of Coney Island Yard on the SW corner of McDonald and Ave X.


Last time I rode the F train, it was still there.
