Given NJT's operating and management issues over the past few years, and its known personnel shortages, it's not unreasonable to infer that the railroad will try to allocate its resources where demand is highest. Generally speaking, that's the northern half of the state."Temporary" service suspensions have a nasty way of becoming indefinite. See SEPTA trolley Routes 23 and 56, which have been"suspended" for more than a generation. |
