They have the 2 single seats at each end of the upper level for that.

The 2x2 seating is nice because while you are more likely to get a seatmate, the seats are wider so you're not squished against them like you would be if you sat in one of the seats on the 2 side of a 2+3.

Finally, there's more window seats on the multilevels.
