I also would not be shocked if Cuomo orders the (L) remain running in ManhattanI have just one question with that... How would he expect to maintain that fleet of trains if there's NO access to a yard with the tunnel being closed??? Not to mention there's no outside access (at least the Rockaways had outdoor access to hoist the R32 cars onto tracks during Superstorm Sandy's recovery period). Hmmm?????? |
