This sounds like the free 2-ride Metrocards they were handing out at WTC this summer. Not so good if you originate in Manhattan. Those 2-ride Metrocards were no good for a subsequent bus transfer (I tried). But I did take the subway to Brooklyn and back, gratis to PATH |
