Thanks for detailing that Joe. I thought the orientation in my photo 2:24pm yesterday made it obvious exactly where this had to be but apparently not.

Regarding the captions, from scanning them I think they simply didn't have the money to allocate to having someone spend more than 20 seconds per picture, let alone someone who would do some digging to sort them out. I guess we should be grateful they got posted at all.
