Whether it's 25K or 12K, the number of new riders represents a major increase. N.B. the peak hourly volume of inbound passengers on the 14th St Tunnel is 23K. Look at all the gymnastics the MTA and NYCDOT are doing to provide alternate access for them. The absolute number of new Amazon users would be comparable. |
