Whether it's 25K or 12K, the number of new riders represents a major increase.Sure. But still, only 2 of the 9 tracks are at or near capacity. Trains on all 4 tracks from from Manhattan have plenty of room in the AM. More Gs could be added (as they are being added for the L shutdown). More southbound N/W, and M/R trains can be added. |
