Budds did very well on many roads; were tried and got rid of on others. excellent in commuter, local service tasks. And, in B&O's case did nicely between Phl (lter BAL) and PGH. Served lunch in a dining section. One of the two such modified RDC 2s is at the B&O Museum in Baltimore. |
