If your credit card has no PIN, it will not work at a TVM.FWIW, I've found that most European TVMs want nothing to do with my chip and pin Chase cards. London Underground was probably the most amenable, while RATP, NS, SNCB, and DB rejected my credit cards and in some cases, both credit and debit cards. The customer service agents were generally able to process my US credit card with no problem. |
