But like most similar operations, consistency across franchises is lacking
Generally, the ones at the airports are terrible ones, that just sell the skinless dogs, and nothing else. Others, can be quite good: the one at PS is surprisingly good, the ones on the Thruway between NYC and Albany are good, as is the one at Cheesequake on the GSP. They seem to have to have the commitment to actually follow the company details.
