The are not going to run DM trains rather than MU's. They have a tight schedule to keep. This is not NJT.MP54's only started dying left and right (and their age varied by 20 years, and some were rebuilt in 1955, others not) ) when Ronan forced deferred maintenance and ordered rare spare parts to be discarded. |
