They've circled back to blaming passengers again? lol!Most delays that I've encountered are outside of rush hours when there are gaps in trains and holds by the "train dispatcher", track work, etc. 30 mins to go from Canal Street to Dekalb Ave over the Manhattan Bridge? Southbound N via bridge and Q via tunnel arrive at Dekalb Ave at the same time and they both sit there for 5+ mins trying to decide who leaves first while I need to catch a train at Atlantic Terminal. As for the actual blame, I've seen countdown clocks where it says the next C train is in 15 mins, and they expect people not to hold doors? |
