Speaking of the Larry line, how far did the tracks extend past 6th Ave. before the 8th Ave. station opened? Did they dead end at the western end of the station, or did they continue? If they dead ended at the western end, did trains wrong rail until just before Third Ave. before switching over, or were there switches near 6th Ave. that are no longer there? |
