I recall seeing some rather cursory track plans for the extension of the LIRR into JFK utilizing the current N/B tracks of the IND Rockaway Line F2 and F4 tks were to have been transferred to LIRR and F1 and F3 tks would have become the N/B and S/B tks of the IND Rockaway Line. How that would have impacted on the IND’s access to the Aqueduct racetrack platform I don’t know. |
