I suspect the the lcls which would probably have been HHs from Court St (that is until the stub terminal at Court was connected to something) would go to Lefferts effectively replacing the route of the demolished Fulton St El between downtown Bkln and Lefferts. There might possibly have been an additional 8 Av exp service at least during rush hours the way the E did for many years or possibly even the D which at the time terminated at Hudson Terminal and could have been extended to the Rockaways leaving the E to terminate at Hudson Term 24/7. |
