I guess with the loss of destination signs on the bulkhead of the train, I can understand confusion when all you see is the route and won’t know where the train is going until you see the side sign. And yes, I do know about countdown clocks but when one is more focused on their electronic devices than focusing on necessary details to move about safely, you’ll understand from there. Common people just see a train, they get on without seeing what line, where’s it going etc. It happens on the Hudson Tubes all the time. Bright side destination signs with the destination and you come ask is this the train to such and such? Read the sign, focus, pay attention. STAY OFF YOUR DAMN PHONE! It’s not hard at all.
